All entries store tire bar codes and locations and entries are recorded with hand held data capture devices so there is no manual data entry – data is uploaded directly into computer system.
Easy to find clients in database... customers can never find their receipts or tickets so we created the search capability by name, driver, telephone number, ticket number, license plate, VIN, etc.
Reports for follow up... to find clients who have not picked up or changed tires in since a certain date, etc. Be able to charge for tires stored for more than one season.
